Hi there! Sanctuary was the original name of a family entertainment center that was being prototyped before the pandemic. When the pandemic lasted more than two weeks and entertainment center plans fell through, the creative community kept the name alive. The story of the entertainment center followed two birds named Addy and Sawyer who had found an oasis where stained-glass window-looking doorways led to different themed attractions and areas. That was the original Sanctuary. Today, Sanctuary is more attributed to the idea that we are a home and safe place for creative and inventive people. Not as whimsical as the two birds, but maybe the idea of Addy and Sawyer will be revisited one day. We’ll see.
